“This is a simple story about pure basic instincts and seeing and memorizing them. As many of us I always wanted to visit Iceland. When I finally arrived there during Autumn I was overwhelmed by its raw and sometimes scary and sometimes idyllic nature. I couldn’t think about anything else beside turning into really basic natural state so I decided to take photos and film of naked models there in both dark and idyllic vibes. My idea was to use Instax to shoot instant vivid quick pictures. I also used 35mm film and developed it recently. Because of Iceland weather condition and imperfect equipment my photos are washed-out – simply like my memories. So now I have vivid photos (Instax) as vivid as the situation I seen then. And a film I And after few months I have also pale photos like my memory.”
